If anyone hates dieting and eating healthy as much as I do, then this post is for you. Food makes me happy, it comforts me when I am sad and stressed, it’s always there for me. All around, the perfect relationship. So, believe me when I say, your girl loves to eat. But seeing as I am in my late 20′s and my metabolism seems to have slowed down a little, I’ve been noticing how a few pounds have been tagging along and I’m not feelin’ it . Not one to exercise much (I am the epitome of lazy), I figured I would make changes in my diet to combat the extra weight. No big deal, right? WRONG. Salad, fruits and veggies we’re boring the life out of me so I was on a mission to find some kind of tasty alternative to everything that is oh so bad but tastes oh so good.
Vitalicious products are a life saver for me! From chocolate muffins and muffin tops to brownies and breakfast sandwiches, they have helped me feel like I’m not really on a diet. All of their products are in the 80-100 calorie range (with the exception of vitasandwich; still only 150 calories), low fat, high in fiber and protein (to satisfy your hunger!) and contain up to 15 important vitamins & minerals. When I am craving an extremely fattening breakfast, I can pop a vitasandwich in the microwave or toaster oven. It satisfies the craving and I feel so much better about myself. All of these great products can be purchased in your local supermarket or on their website @ http://www.vitalicious.com/. The website is really great; there you can find nutritional information and recipes that incorporate your favorite Vitalicious food.
