Pink lemonade is my absolute favorite beverage on earth. I don’t get it too often, because I try to keep my sugar intake down and when I do partake in the magical pink beverage I tend to go into a sugar frenzy like those tots on toddlers in tiaras when they down fifty pixie sticks. I am a bit of a cupcake fan as well (I once made my fellow blogger Jennifer go to a cupcake shop with me in a hurricane) so when I came across these Pink Lemonade Cupcakes by Audra from The Kurtz Corner I almost flipped my lid with excitement.
The coolest thing about these tasty pink creations are that you don’t have to be an expert baker to make them (although if you want to execute them as beautifully as Audra’s version that might take some practice!). All you need to make your own pink lemonade cupcakes at home is box cake mix, kool-aid, and some other basic ingredients! Audra is an absolute genius for coming up with these! You can get the recipe and directions on her site The Kurtz Corner as well as recipes for many other delicious treats!
