DIY Fabric Scrap Map by Honeybee Vintage

When I first saw images of this Fabric Scrap Map floating around the web, I started thinking I would like to re-create it in reds, blues, and whites for a sort of Americana decor look, but was worried it would be too difficult and got discouraged. Silly me did not realize that this was not just a pretty image someone shared on Pinterest with no real source, but an actual (and not so complicated) DIY from Honeybee Vintage!

The Fabric Scrap Map is one of those DIY’s that looks so good that you automatically assume it is difficult to create. Do not be fooled my crafty friends, this one is not a tough as you might assume. The directions at Honeybee Vintage make it incredibly easy! If you can trace, handle a pair of scissors, and know how to use an iron you are pretty much good to go.

This would be a great way to use up spare fabric and scraps you have laying around or you could do what I planned on doing and go out and buy the exact pieces you want to achieve a desired look. Either way, The Fabric Scrap Map would make a great statement piece or focal point of a room. To find out how to make your own, visit Honeybee Vintage for the Full DIY!

This is really nice. It would be a great birthday gifft for today’s little girl, who already has everything. I love it and the parents would love a little cheat sheet to go along and make a game of it.
