Butterbeer Cupcakes! You don’t have to be a Harry Potter fan to enjoy this yummy recipe from Pastry Affair, but it doesn’t hurt either. The “Butterbeer” Cupcake is actually a brown sugar cupcake with cream soda and butter flavor mixed in and a filling of butterscotch ganache. They are beautifully (and deliciously) topped off with a butterscotch flavored buttercream and a drizzle butterscotch ganache just for good measure. They taste so good I’m sure JK Rowling wishes she came up with them for Harry’s favorite treat!
